ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 Chinese celery cabbage
6 green onions, sliced

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken up
1/2 pkg. sliced almonds

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

To make topping: Melt butter, add all topping ingredients, brown, drain on paper towels. Slice celery cabbage and green onions, toss in large bowl. Mix well add dressing ingredients. Sprinkle topping mixture on top of salad. Top with chicken strips that have been broiled. Pour dressing, just before serving.
