ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 lg. head Napa-Chinese cabbage, chopped fine
5 diced green onions with tops

Combine and refrigerate.

2 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles (broken up) with seasonings
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 sm. pkg. cashews, broken up

Saute in 1 stick butter; set aside.

1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

20 minutes before serving mix cabbage and noodle mixture. Pour oil over and toss lightly.
