ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast, microwaved and shredded
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles, mashed and uncooked
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced
2 tsp. toasted sesame or sunflower seeds
1/4 c. toasted sliced almonds

Combine all of the above in a salad bowl.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sesame oil (or omit)
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 pkg. chicken flavoring packet from noodles

Combine dressing and toss with salad. Can substitute shrimp for chicken.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
