ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
12 1/2 lg. chicken breast, cooked
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 1/8 lb. grapes
1 1/4 bunch of celery
1 1/2 qt. chunk pineapple
1 1/2 qt. mandarin oranges
1 pt. Henri's dressing
1 1/2 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. lemon juice
2 1/2 heads lettuce
1/2 lb. chopped almonds

Serves 25. Marinate chicken in Henri's dressing overnight. Drain thoroughly, water chestnuts, pineapple, oranges. Combine mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice. mix all ingredients. Serve on lettuce. Top with almonds.
