1 med. size cauliflower
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Place whole cauliflower stem down in covered baking dish with 5 tablespoons of water in the bottom. Microwave for 9 minutes on high.

Mix mustard, mayonnaise and grated cheese and spread over top of cauliflower. Return to microwave for 1/2 minute to melt cheese. Serves 8.
