PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. dessert topping mix
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie shell

In small mixer bowl beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and milk, beating until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions; fold into peanut butter-cream cheese mixture. Turn mixture into pie shell. Chill at least 1 1/2 hours or until serving time. Garnish top of pie with chopped peanuts, if desired.
