"COLD AND CRUNCHY DESSERT" 
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter

Put in 300 degree oven. Bake and stir until coocnut is browned (about 30 minutes).

3/4 c. brown sugar

To mixture while hot. Mix well.

Put 1/2 crunch mixture in bottom of 10 x 13 or two square (8 inch) cake pans. Cut 1/2 gallon of ice cream (vanilla or your choice) into 1 inch slices. Place over crunch. Then quickly place rest of crunch over top and cover pan. Put in freezer until ready to eat!
