HAMBURGER MONTEREY 
2 strips bacon
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger, rolled into sm. meatballs
1 can tomato soup
1 can red kidney beans
2 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Salt to taste

Dice and fry bacon. Set aside. Brown meatballs in bacon drippings. Set aside. Saute onion and bell pepper. Add soup, beans, and macaroni. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cheese and remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
