HOT CRAB DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Rinse the crabmeat in cold water, squeeze out excess water, and flake. Mix all ingredients, turn into a dish, and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Can be topped with chopped walnuts or almonds.
