MARYLAND HOT CRAB DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lb. crab meat (cleaned)
1 tbsp. milk
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. diced onion
1 tsp. horseradish

Soften the cream cheese and mix in all other ingredients thoroughly. Garnish with slivered almonds and heat for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Crab dip should brown slightly and begin to bubble. Serve with pumpernickel or rye cocktail slices.
