BUTTERED SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. spaghetti
1 c. grated Kelaloteri cheese
1/2 stick butter
Salt to ate

Cook spaghetti for 10 minutes in boiling water, which has been salted. Drain thoroughly. Arrange spaghetti on platter a little at a time, sprinkle grated cheese over it until you have layered all the spaghetti. Brown butter lightly in saucepan over high flame. Pour over spaghetti. Serves 5-6.
