4 c. flour
8 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. shortening
4 tsp. salt

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix cocoa and sugar. Put all in Fix 'N Mix bowl and cut in shortening. Store in Ecoco Canister.

To use: Beat 2 eggs, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 cups brownie mix. Blend. Add nuts if desired. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
