BROWNIE MIX 
4 c. unsifted flour
3 c. sugar
2 c. nonfat dry milk
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in a tightly covered container at room temperature until ready to use.

For 8" square pan of brownies: 1/4 c. melted butter 2 eggs 1 tbsp. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour batter in a greased 8" square pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from the edges of the pan. Cool completely in the pan. Cut into squares.
