MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 to 1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer cooked macaroni alternately with grated cheese in greased 1 quart casserole. Beat eggs with milk and pour over macaroni and cheese mixture. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until custard is set and top is crispy brown. 4 servings.
