MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
2 tbsp. grated onion
Salt and pepper
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1/2 stick butter
Seasoning salt
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Parmesan cheese

Add about 1 teaspoon salt to 3 quarts boiling water. Add macaroni and cook about 7 minutes but still very firm. Rinse.

In mixing bowl, add soup, egg, milk and water. Blend. Add cheese and macaroni to this mixture, then pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup cheese over this, then the Parmesan cheese on top. Dot with the butter. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and a little black pepper. Bake in 375 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes.
