ORANGE CHICKEN BREAST STUFFED 
8 boneless chicken breast halves
1 pkg. rice mix (wild rice best), prepared
Garlic powder
Thyme (powdered)
Ginger (powdered)
Sage (opt.)
Pepper
Juice & rind of 2 oranges
1/2 c. wine

Roll a heaping tablespoon of rice in each breast. Put side by side in a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle spices amply on each breast. Squeeze oranges. Save juice. Put some pulp on each breast. Bake another 15 minutes. Pour wine over each breast. Baste well. Cook until tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours total.
