PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. corkscrew pasta
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 sm. red bell pepper, sliced into bite-size pieces
2 lg. tomatoes, diced
1 sm. can artichoke hearts, sliced into bite sized pieces
Approx. 1 doz. fresh sweet basil leaves
2 green onions sliced into 1/16 inch pieces
Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain. Set aside to cool. Mix olives, red bell pepper, tomato, artichoke hearts and green onion into pasta. Snip basil leaves into 1/8 inch pieces and add to mixture. Toss mixture. Add dressing to taste. Chill for at least 1 1/2 hours. Garnish with basil leaves. Serves 8 to 10 (side dish) 3 to 4 (main dish).
