1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice (original recipe)
Poultry seasoning
Butter

Prepare rice according to package directions. Clean chicken inside and out. Stuff cavity with cooked rice. Pat dry chicken, spread on butter and sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Bake uncovered in 350 to 375 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is done.
