ONE STEP LASAGNA 
1 1/2 c. water
1 (32 oz.) Prego
1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna, uncooked
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese to taste

Mix water with sauce. Cover bottom of pan with 1 1/2 cups sauce. Arrange a layer of noodles 1/2 of cottage cheese and 1/2 of Mozzarella over noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add another layer of sauce. Repeat with noodles and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or knife inserts easily. Let stand covered on rack for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. You may add 1 pound turkey or ground beef.
