CARROT CAKE | |
4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. oil 2 tbsp. baking powder 1 1/2 puree carrots or 3 lg. babyfood carrots 8 oz. chopped walnuts 3 c. flour 1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained) 1/2 c. chocolate chips Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil, baking powder, flour. Mix 1 minute. Add the rest of ingredients. Grease a large baking pan. Bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Lower to 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 15 people. |
