BURGUNDY HOT DOGS 
2 c. Burgundy wine
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. certo
1/3 c. mustard
2 lb. hot dogs, in pieces

Mix 2 cups Burgundy wine and 3 cups sugar. Bring to a boil. Add lemon juice (1 tablespoon) certo (1 1/2 cups) and mustard (1/3 cup). Boil 1 minute. Add 2 pounds hot dogs cut into 1 inch pieces. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve.

This is an excellent recipe. I cut the sugar back to one cup and it turns out fine. I have not tried adding the mustard, but... someday I will give that a try.
