BURGUNDY EYE OF ROUND | |
4 lbs. eye of round 1/4 tbsp. salt 1/8 tbsp. garlic powder 1/8 tbsp. pepper 1 oven cooking bag 3/4 c. burgundy wine Sprinkle meat with salt and garlic powder and pepper. Place in bag and pour wine over top. Tie bag and place in dish in refrigerator overnight. Cut 6 (1/2 inch) slits on top of bag. Place in roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool and slice very thin. |
