EYE OF ROUND CREOLE | |
Worcestershire sauce 1 eye of round Creole meat seasoning Wet entire piece of meat with Worcestershire sauce and then cover surface with creole meat seasoning. Place on broiler rack in oven and bake at 500 degrees for 7 minutes per pound. Turn off oven and leave for 1 hour (no peeking!). The results are crusty on the outside and juicy on the inside. This is also great thinly sliced for sandwiches. |
