EISENHOWER CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer
Salt & pepper
1/2 cube butter

Brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken to roasting pan and add to juices in pan:

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chili sauce (or salsa)

Heat sauce and pour over chicken. Baste 3 times. Leave uncovered and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
