ORANGE ICED TEA 
4 1/2 c. loose black tea
1 gal. boiling water
5 1/2 gal. cold water
13 lemons
20 oranges
4 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar

Place tea in cloth bag large enough to hold at least 3 times this amount of tea; tie top with cord. Pour boiling water over bag. Cover and steep 5 minutes, uncover and remove bag. Add cold water and juice of lemons and oranges and both sugars. Pour over cracked ice in tall glasses. Serves 100.
