STIR-FRY CHICKEN 
4 filleted chicken breasts, cut into sm. strips
1 green pepper
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. ginger
1 jar mushrooms
2 tbsp. oil

Stir-fry chicken until done. Add green pepper, onions and mushrooms. Pour soy sauce over them. Sprinkle with ginger and stir-fry until vegetables are done. This is good served over rice.
