SWISS STYLE FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. butter
6 chicken breast fillets

Combine flour, nutmeg, dry mustard and lemon pepper in one bowl. Combine eggs and milk in second bowl. Combine bread crumbs, almonds, parsley, green onion and cheese in third bowl. Dip chicken breast in flour and shake off any excess. Dip in egg mixture and then in crumb mixture. Press crumbs on firmly. Heat oil in skillet to medium heat. Pan fry breaded chicken until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
