PUMPKIN-RAISIN LOAVES 
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. water
1 egg
1 (14 oz.) pkg. apple-cinnamon muffin mix
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. raisins

In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, water, egg and pumpkin pie spice. Add muffin mix and raisins. Stir until just moistened. Turn into 3 greased 5 1/2 x 3 x 2 inch loaf pans (or one 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan). Bake small loaves in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 35 to 40 minutes. (Bake large loaf 50 minutes). Turn from pans and cool on racks. Drizzle loaves with confectioners' sugar icing; add enough milk to 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar to create pouring consistency.

This is something I have to try. I am not a baker but love pumpkin and raisins and this recipe is so easy to do. I can imagine the smell of it baking in the oven. Thanks!
