RAISIN APPLE LOAVES 
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. grated apples
1 c. chopped raisins
1/2 c. nuts

Cream butter, sugar and eggs, beat in milk and juice. Sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture until moistened. Stir in fruit and nuts. Spoon into 3 greased mini loaf pans and bake 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
