EASY ORANGE ROUGHY 
4 orange roughy fillets (fresh or frozen)
2 med. oranges
1 bottle Wish Bone Italian dressing

Thaw fish if frozen. Place fillets in 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish. Squeeze the juice from 1 orange over fish. Pour most of the dressing over fillets and baste with sauce mixture.

Slice remaining orange into wheels and top each fillet with orange wheel. Cover with foil and bake in 325 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until flaky. Baste again halfway through baking time. Serve fillets topped with baked orange wheel garnish. Serves 4.
