GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers (about 20)
1/2 c. melted butter
30 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
3 tbsp. creme de cacao
1 c. heavy cream

Combine crushed wafer crumbs with butter and pat firmly into pie plate to make shell. Chill 1 hour. Stir marshmallows in milk over hot water until completely melted. Remove from heat and continue folding with spoon until mixture is smooth and fluffy. Cool thoroughly, then stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao.

Whip the cream and fold it into marshmallow mixture carefully, then pour into chocolate crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Optional: Garnish with chocolate curls or chocolate chips.
