STRAWBERRY CREAM CAKE 
1 angel food cake (sup. market), cut into 3 layers
1 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. strawberries, drain & reserve juice

Whip cream then fold in confectionery sugar and vanilla. Fold in strawberries. Add a small amount of juice for color. Spread over layers of cake (3) and top and sides. Put in refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle juice over top when serving.
