RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
Pastry for 2 crust pie

Mix rhubarb, sugar, flour and egg. Pour into uncooked pie shell; cover with top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
