PEANUT BUTTER BON-BONS | |
2 sticks butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter 1 box powdered sugar 2 c. graham cracker crumbs Do not melt butter, soften at room temperature. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar, then add peanut butter, stirring it thoroughly. Gradually cream in the softened butter and vanilla. Roll into 2 to 3 inch balls. Melt together: 2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 cake paraffin wax Then dip the balls in this mixture. Place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. |
