GRAPENUT PUFF PUDDING 
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, well beaten
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. grapenuts
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Step 1: Add lemon rind to butter and cream well, add sugar, egg yolks and beat thoroughly, add lemon juice.

Step 2: Add flour, grapenuts and milk, mix well.

Step 3: Fold in egg whites.

Step 4: Turn into greased baking dish and place in pan of hot water.

Step 5: Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in slow oven 325 degrees.
