GRAPENUT PUDDING II 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, scalded
2 tbsp. Grapenuts
1 tbsp. butter

Combine first 4 ingredients, add milk gradually. Mix thoroughly. Pour into custard cups. Sprinkle Grapenuts on top. Bake in a pan of hot water in a moderate oven (375 degrees) for 25 minutes or until done.
