GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. Grapenuts
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Warm milk, then pour over Grapenuts in a bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Then add beaten eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla, stirring to mix very well. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Place pan in a large pan of water with an inch or 2 of hot water in bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until custard is set.
