APPLE CRISP 
Apples, approx. 5 lbs.
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. white sugar
Cinnamon
1 c. oatmeal

Peel apples, mix with sugar and cinnamon, put in greased pan. Slightly melt butter and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes.
