APPLE CRISP 
FILLING:

4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix filling ingredients and pour into pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of filling. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
