APPLE CRISP 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 qt. sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt

TOPPING:

1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking power
1/2 to 2/3 c. butter

Arrange fruit ingredients in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Spread on topping and bake at 350 degrees until brown and crust is formed.
