MOTHER'S TEXAS HASH 
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 c. canned tomatoes, cut up
1/4 c. raw rice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Pepper (to taste)

Brown ground beef with onions and pepper in frying pan. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 1-quart baking dish.
