1 lb. ground beef
1 c. boiled rice
1 sm. potato, ground
#2 can tomatoes
1 sm. onion, ground
Salt & pepper

Put all ingredients together in a greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake in hot oven 1 1/2 hours.
