1 lb. ground beef 1 green pepper, diced 1 can tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 2 large onions, diced 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. fat 1/2 c. rice 1 tsp. pepper Combine ground beef, onions and green pepper and brown in hot fat. Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings. Turn into covered casserole and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. |
