CHOCOLATE REVEL BARS 
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
14 oz. can condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix butter, flour, brown sugar, eggs, soda, salt, vanilla and oatmeal together. Reserve 1/3 of mixture for topping. Press 2/3 of mixture in bottom of a 10x15 cake pan.

Mix filling of chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter and salt in a pan until melted and blended. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour over crust and dot with remaining oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
