CHOCOLATE REVEL BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. oatmeal

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, salt and oatmeal and add to creamed mixture. Place 2/3 of mixture in 15"x10" pan.

FILLING:

1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt in microwave or over double boiler. Spread over mixture in pan. Dot with remaining 1/3 dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
