1 bag spinach, fresh
2-3 hard boiled eggs, diced
6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled (can use Bacos, etc.)

Rinse spinach well and tear off stems.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. half and half

Add dressing shortly before serving or serve separately.
