STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp.)
1 cooked pie shell
1 pt. whipped cream

Crush and cook 1/2 of the strawberries with the sugar and cornstarch and lemon juice. Mixture will become thick and translucent. Allow to cool. Add other half of strawberries. Pour into cooked pie shell and top with whipped cream. Refrigerate.
