CRANBERRY BUTTER 
3/4 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces (room temperature)

Mix chopped cranberries with sugar and lemon peel in processor, using on/off turns. Add butter and blend until mixture is combined, but slightly chunky. Store in refrigerator.
