PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter flavor shortening
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
4 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. oats (quick)
1 c. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine shortening, sugar and peanut butter. Beat medium speed. Beat in egg whites and vanilla.

In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended.

Stir in cereal, nuts, oats, coconut and chocolate chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. About 4 dozen cookies.
