3-4 lb. boneless 7 bone roast
3 cans soup, cream of mushroom
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Place roast in roasting pan. Sprinkle on Lipton onion soup. Spread on 3 cans mushroom soup. Place 2 cans of water around roast. Cover top of pan tightly with 2 layers of tin foil. Cook for 4 hours at 325 degrees or until tender.
